Environmental Protection
The production facility to be used in manufacture is environment friendly and ensures high standards to keep the environment green & clean. The water used in the production process is recycled & reused for recycling of used plastics to maximize the use of natural resources. The staff is provided with adequate safety equipment’s & uniform suitable to work in the production.
Employment Generation
The Crown Group has 110 local citizen and 4 non- citizen. The company employed machine operators with extensive experience in the field to ensure smooth functioning of the company. On the other hand, the company is providing enough training and supervision to the employees and mostly training will be given on job. The training of employees can be outsourced if needed.
This is one of the fundamental principal of the company to ensure healthy working conditions for staff proper training and supervision of staff and growth opportunity for hard working staff

Localization Plan

The company is always make sure expatriate technical employee’s provide necessary training to local employee’s for their position. The company also makes sure that local employee’s give proper attention during practical job to learn full operation of the plant.
The company is trying very hard and very much interested to run full operation by local citizen but we would like to inform you that it is very much depend on the local employee’s desire, interest, and ability of learning full plant operation.
Contribution to Peoples of Botswana
We sponsored four children from SOS village for their education, food, medical and salary of care taker etc. We are committed continue our sponsorship to SOS village for their education, food, medical and salary of care taker until they completed secondary education. We are paying P72, 000 per annum from Crown group to SOS village for children from our company. We assist our local communities with food hampers and blankets in different area.
From July’2012 to June’2024 contributed pula 858,000.00 to SOS village.
As a social responsible firm we have built a new medical clinic in a remote village called Kedia in the Central District which would assist the surrounding village as well. Hon. Vice President Mr. Slumber Tsogwane officially opened the clinic on the 27th April 2023 and currently in operation. We have spent P1.5 Million for this Social responsibility project.
We are planning to do same kind of projects few more years in the future and also houses for destitute as our new sponsorship program for Batswana every year in the future. We are busy working on the project which would help the unemployed people in the villages through the small scale home industries.
